We'll start with the dough... and then the sauce... and then we'll move onto
herbs, spices and toppings. Using only higher grade products and ingredients,
let's begin with the following:
-Premium Quality King Arthur flour mixed with extra virgin olive oil
along with our secret recipe and a Sourdough culture which is cultivated
right here on the premises.
- The finest SAN MARZANO plum tomatoes.
- GRANDE products accross the board. Mozarella, Ricotta, Parmesan, etc.
- Corando Classic Italian Pepperoni
- Imported Mediterranean herbs & spices such as wild oregano bunches with an aroma
like no other.
- Grade A vegetables harvested from across the country and Sautéed by
our chef and used as toppings for a more savory flavor.
